From problem to maintainable solution
I bring experience with APIs, client/server systems, server backends, distributed systems, Linux applications and Mesos frameworks. I start by understanding the task and the constraints before proposing implementation steps.

Existing code is improved deliberately, decisions are documented and operations remain part of the design.
Technology experience
Depending on the task, I work with Go, JavaScript, AngularJS, ANSI-C, C#, C++, Perl, PHP, COBOL, Pascal, Free Pascal, REXX and Ada, including older target platforms such as DOS, OS/2, ArcaOS and MVS.
