Accessibility statement

Status: This statement describes the current technical state of work. A formal review under WCAG, the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the German Accessibility Strengthening Ordinance (BFSGV), as well as a legal assessment of the specific services, is still pending.

Scope

This statement applies to the website of AVENTER UG (haftungsbeschränkt) at `aventer.biz` and its subpages. It was prepared for the English-language version.

Current status

I develop the website with the aim of making its content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. The current implementation includes in particular:

semantic HTML structures and named content regions;
a skip link, keyboard operation and visible focus indicators;
responsive presentation for different screen sizes;
SVG images with accessible titles, descriptions and alternative text;
support for `prefers-reduced-motion`;
display options for text size, contrast, reduced motion and stronger links; and
local storage of these display options without cookies or transmission to me.

Known limitations

A complete review with assistive technologies, screen readers, different browsers and mobile devices has not yet been completed. Legal texts, external destination pages and the specific classification of the services offered must be reviewed separately.

Enforcement

This statement was prepared on 11 September 2026. It will be updated when the technical implementation or the legal assessment changes.
